Job Purpose
Ensures that all samples are according to Buyer's standards
Job Description:
- Check and approve all sample stages for DD and non DD according to Adidas procedures / policies and provide audit reports.
- Check and approve size set including size spec grading control, fit approval and provide audit reports.
- Do final Presell /SMS/Presell/GMM/GTM audit according to Adidas AQL 1 level 1
- Do final Presell /SMS/Presell/GMM/GTM audit according to Adidas AQL plan for workmanship, measurements, appearance and packing by observing the instructions in the article description, sample order and Labeling & Packing sample Manual.
- Adidas inspection methods and how to measure must be used.
- Collect and record finding of major faults on inspection report according to defect classification list. Evaluate defects according to A&B&C zones.
- Compare sample order to Sealing Sample / Approved production sample / previous sample under consideration of the Sealing Sample comments.
- Check all sample stages and fill in sample hangtag and audit report with necessary comments.
- Certified Technician has the authority and responsibility to reject sample or sample orders if they do not meet Adidas accepted quality level.
- All rejected samples must be re-audited and recorded.
