Chuyên Viên Quản Lý Kho Vải - Warehouse (Garment)

1. Manage and control the movements of Receive, verify, acknowledge storage, issuing and returns of raw materials (fabric) from internal / external supplier's /customers ensuring smooth material inflow.
2. Verify and acknowledge fabric receipt from inspection with necessary comments, marking and quality instructions in order to provide quality fabric to the production.
3. Manage and control the warehouse workforce by direction them towards accuracy and productivity and delegating, appraising and motivating to perform effective ware house operations.
4. Manage and maintain the warehouse space to cater inward material flow through effective capacity utilization and forecast for future material inflows.
5. Maintain and Monitor SAP system transactions of Issuance, returns, scrap and Rejects ensuring the timely updating of the system in order provide accurate stock availability for effective decision making.
6. Maintain and monitor 6S standards of housekeeping and encourage the workforce for continuous improvement in order to achieve high productivity.
7. Monitor and follow the existing process and procedures and improve the process continuously in order to cater the end-user requirement in shorter lead timer.
8. Monitor and analyze relaxing color system details in order to implement new procedure to maintain production garment quality standards.
