Mô tả công việc
1. Đo lường, đánh giá và kiểm soát các loại rủi ro: tín dụng, thanh khoản, rủi ro hoạt động và quản lý rủi ro doanh nghiệp ở mức cơ bản.
• Measure, assess, and control various types of risks, including credit risk, liquidity risk, operational risk, and enterprise risk management at a basic level.
2. Giám sát dòng tiền và khả năng thanh khoản của tổ chức để đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định nội bộ và pháp lý.
• Monitor cash flows and the organization's liquidity to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
3. Tham gia xây dựng và cập nhật các quy trình, chính sách quản lý rủi ro phù hợp với quy định, thông lệ quốc tế và thực tiễn thị trường.
• Participate in the development and regular updating of risk management policies and procedures in alignment with applicable regulations, international best practices, and market realities.
4. Phối hợp với các đơn vị liên quan để đánh giá và xử lý các sự cố rủi ro trong hoạt động hàng ngày.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to assess and handle risk incidents arising in daily operations.
5. Báo cáo định kỳ và đột xuất về tình hình rủi ro và đưa ra đề xuất cải tiến.
• Prepare and submit periodic and ad-hoc reports to senior management on the organization's risk status, along with improvement recommendations.
Yêu cầu
1. Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên chuyên ngành: Tài chính, Ngân hàng, Kinh tế, Quản trị rủi ro hoặc các ngành liên quan.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field.
2. Hiểu biết về khung quản trị rủi ro, phương pháp luận và các công cụ quản trị rủi ro; Ưu tiên các ứng viên có chứng chỉ liên quan đến QTRR.
• Solid understanding of risk governance frameworks, methodologies, and risk management tools; candidates with relevant risk management certifications are preferred.
3. Có kinh nghiệm từ 1-3 năm làm việc trong lĩnh vực quản lý rủi ro tại ngân hàng, công ty tài chính hoặc tổ chức tương đương.
• 1-3 years of experience in risk management at banks, financial institution, or equivalent organization.
4. Hiểu biết cơ bản đến khá về các loại rủi ro: tín dụng, thanh khoản, hoạt động và quản lý rủi ro doanh nghiệp.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of credit, liquidity, and operational risks and enterprise risk management.
5. Thành thạo tin học văn phòng, đặc biệt là Excel; ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm với các phần mềm quản lý rủi ro, có kỹ năng phân tích dữ liệu lớn và trực quan hóa dữ liệu.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; preference given to candidates experienced with risk management software and skilled in big data analysis and data visualization
6. Thành thạo tiếng Anh
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
7. Kỹ năng phân tích, tổng hợp và giải quyết vấn đề tốt.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills.
8. Cẩn trọng, trung thực, có trách nhiệm và khả năng làm việc độc lập hoặc theo nhóm.
• Detail-oriented, honest, responsible, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
9. Hiểu biết về khung quản trị rủi ro, phương pháp luận và các công cụ quản trị rủi ro; Ưu tiên các ứng viên có chứng chỉ liên quan đến QTRR.
• Understanding of risk management framework, methodology and risk management tools; Priority is given to candidates with certificates related to Risk Management
