I. Job Descriptions/Mô Tả Công Việc
Conduct researches on swine to save production cost, improve performance and meat quality
Evaluate efficacy of new raw materials
Evaluate efficacy of new additives
Conduct trials for new feed products
Evaluate new solutions about nutrition, management and environment to reduce stress, diarrhea, mortality
Develop new feed products for piglets, growers, finishers and sow
Review about current formula of related products
Construct product concept based on customer's demand and market situation
Make formula for new feed products
Train salesman about technical properties of new products
Introduce new products to customers
Technical support and troubleshoot for other BUs
Support to solve customer complaints about feed quality and nutritional-related-diseases
Visit customer farm, give suggestion and make report
Share information and knowledge to TIC members and other BUs
Prepare seminars & benchmarking
Training for salesman about feed, pig nutrition, and management
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS/ YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:
Have a Master or Doctor degree in Animal Science or Veterinary Medicine.
At least 3 years of experience in swine nutrition, swine farm management or other areas related to swine.
Intermediate level in English, can communicate fluently in English.
