Algorithmics - The International Coding School - teaches programming to students from 5 to 17 years old. At Algorithmics, students will be taught how to command technology and develop essential soft skills of the 21st Century - empowering them to have their choice of professions-of-the-future.
Notes: We're especially interested in candidates who have worked at coding schools or leading EdTech/Education/Tech/IT/SaaS companies or high-volume English centers, where consultative sales and student engagement are key to success.
A. Key accountabilities
Consult parents on Algorithmics' educational programs.
Take responsibility for achieving monthly sales targets.
Support and monitor student payments and outstanding fees.
Address parents' inquiries and provide ongoing support throughout the student's learning journey.
Manage and track students' learning progress.
Coordinate with teachers and the academic team to enhance teaching quality.
Maintain customer relations and build long-term relationships with parents and students.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
B. Qualifications
From 1 year of experience as an Education Consultant or in a similar role.
Strong communication and persuasion skills, both in person and over the phone.
Passionate about consulting and education.
Enjoys working in a results-driven environment.
Confidence in English communication is an advantage.
Ability to work on rotating shifts (no night shifts) and weekends.
