Chuyên Viên Tuyển Dụng (F&b)

Recruitment (75%)
- Recruit assigned positions from departments' requests within the company as required and propose process improvements (if any);
- Develop talent pool for mass recruitment;
- Build mechanisms and policies for talent development;
- Implement the process of welcoming new employees according to company regulations;
- Design new employees' experience journey plan;
Employer Branding (15%)
- Develop and implement the employer branding plan;
- Maintain and develop EB on recruitment media channels (FB, Tik Tok,...);
- Plan and produce posting videos and images related to Recruitment and enhance the employer's brand;
- Work with Marketing team to update recruitment images according to company standards and seasonal image;
- Continuously update trends on social networking;
HRBP (10%)
- Check and advise departments on recruitment requirements in accordance with the actual situation, plans and budget;
- Receive and check onboarding documents and new employees' profiles;
- Build and organize workshops to upgrade store management and attract candidates;
- Offer programs to improve activities to attract and nurture internal talents including supporting employee engagement activities;
- Promote company's policies, programs, procedures, and values;
- Maintain the healthy working environment as per the company's core values and objective;
