TALENT ACQUISITION (80%)
- Responsible for posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring processes for the company's internal recruitment needs.
- Proactively explore and maintain key candidate resources to effectively find and attract outstanding talents.
- Thoroughly understand the company's business to ensure the recruitment of talents that meet job requirements.
- Track and analyze recruitment data, optimize recruitment strategies, and improve recruitment outcomes.
- Maintain good communication with various departments to understand their recruitment needs and talent standards.
- Prepare for the future transition to HRBP, accumulating relevant experience and capabilities.
EMPLOYER BRANDING (20%)
- Involve in employer branding initiatives & activities
- Act as Brand ambassador to promote professional company image through online or offline channels.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Yêu cầu

- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in human resources or related fields.
- At least 2 year of recruitment experience, headhunting experience preferred.
- Fluent in Chinese, can be used as a working language. Chinese&English Biligual is an advantage
- Strong logical thinking and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and team spirit.
- Has a certain understanding of the company's business, able to quickly learn and adapt to the recruitment needs of different business areas.
