As a Property data analyst, you will be responsible for extracting data from various sources such as Core Logic, ClaimSmart, CMS, Athenium and other internal systems to analyze and compile them into accurate data sets. You will be working alongside our actuary and business partners to ensure that all data collection and reconciliation procedures are conducted in an efficient and timely manner.
You will be required to have strong analytical, PowerPoint and Excel (as well as other Microsoft programs) skills to effectively present data to senior and executive leaders. You will also be responsible for identifying data integrity issues and raising them to the appropriate departments to ensure timely resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extracting and reconciling data from various sources to analyze and compile accurate data sets.
- Work with the actuary, finance and business partners to ensure data compliance and collection procedures are in place.
- Create effective presentations for senior and executive leaders using PowerPoint.
- Identify data integrity issues and collaborate with the appropriate departments for timely resolution.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to assess data obtained, identify trends and propose solutions.
- Ensure proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to quickly compile data and information into a presentable format.
Qualifications
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or another related experience.
- Proven experience in data reconciliation and presentation formatting.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
