JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the sales and marketing of EP Products by providing clinical consultation, teaching and support on the use of the products and its appropriate application in the clinical setting.
Provide consultation to customers on the complete Electrophysiology product line.
Provide accurate technical support and troubleshooting to develop business in the territory.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieve sales targets for assigned accounts
Coordinate all necessary marketing, education, tenders, invoicing and logistics related matters for assigned accounts.
Provides formal in-service / education to Electro-Physiologists
Demonstrates a thorough understanding of product and technical knowledge; including cardiac mapping and ablation techniques.
Provide expert clinical consultation on the use of our system to the Electro-Physiologists and lab support staff.
Initiate, develop, expand and maintain excellent customer rapport and relationship.
Exhibit sound business sense and logic when utilizing assigned expense budget.
Participate in on-site procedure observation to ensure new product evaluation is successful, utilization is encouraged, customer and personal technical knowledge is enhanced, and customer rapport is developed.
Provide timely and comprehensive market information to management as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Diploma in Biomedical Science
Preferably with a Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical, Pharmaceutical or related field
Preferably with related hospital working experience, familiar with workflow and processes in the hospital
Candidates without related qualifications but with related working experience will be considered.
Some sales experience is preferred
