Cluster Director of Digital Marketing

• Develop and implement the overall digital marketing strategy for the hotel cluster in alignment with business objectives and IHG brand standards.
• Lead digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, website traffic, direct bookings, revenue and customer engagement.
• Develop and manage digital acquisition strategies across paid search, social media, display, metasearch and other relevant digital channels.
• Oversee the performance of hotel websites, landing pages, booking platforms and other owned digital channels to optimize conversion.
• Develop and execute social media strategies and ensure consistent brand positioning across all platforms.
• Lead content strategy, including photography, video, copywriting, digital assets and other content required to support commercial campaigns.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets, ensuring effective ROI and cost efficiency across campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze key digital performance indicators, including website traffic, conversion rates, direct booking contribution, ROAS, engagement and acquisition costs.
• Use data and market insights to identify opportunities and continuously optimize digital campaigns and channel performance.
• Work closely with Revenue Management, Sales, Reservations and Marketing teams to align digital activities with pricing, promotions, packages and commercial priorities.
• Collaborate with external agencies, digital partners, influencers and other relevant stakeholders to deliver digital marketing initiatives.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to identify new digital opportunities and emerging consumer behaviors.
• Ensure all digital communications and content comply with IHG brand guidelines and hotel brand standards.
• Oversee online reputation and digital guest engagement, working with relevant departments to address guest feedback and improve online sentiment.
• Support the development and execution of pre-opening digital marketing campaigns to build awareness and demand ahead of hotel opening.
• Prepare regular digital marketing performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to the Cluster Director of Commercial / General Manager.
• Lead, coach and develop the digital marketing team to achieve departmental and commercial objectives.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Cluster Director of Commercial / General Manager.
