Mô tả công việc
- Lead CNC team to develop, test, and optimize 5-axis CNC programs using CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Hypermill) and G-code to meet precise engineering specifications.
- Configure 3 - 5 axis CNC milling machines, including selecting and installing tools, fixtures, and workpieces, ensuring proper alignment and calibration for complex geometries.
- Operate 3 - 5 axis CNC mills to produce intricate parts with tight tolerances, monitoring performance to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Inspect machined components using precision measuring tools (e.g., CMM, micrometers, calipers) to verify compliance with technical drawings and GD&T standards.
- Analyze and refine 3 - 5 axis machining processes to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle times, and minimize material waste while maintaining quality.
- Choose appropriate cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and materials (e.g., aluminum, steel) to achieve optimal machining results for complex parts.
- Maintain detailed records of programs, setups, tool paths, and inspection results for traceability and process improvement.
- Stay updated on advancements in 3 - 5 axis milling technology and propose innovative solutions to enhance production capabilities.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in 3 - 5 axis CNC milling, with at least 3 years of leadership experience in manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Hypermill) for 3 - 5 axis programming.
- Expertise in G-code programming and toolpath optimization for complex geometries
- Strong knowledge of GD&T and ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Familiarity with materials such as metals (aluminum, titanium, steel) and composites.
- Good English communication skills.
