Colorist Executive

To support the Head of Laboratory through the effective management and coordination of all Color Laboratory operations and processes (CCM Recipe Prediction & Correction, Color matching both visually and digitally) in view of adhere to SOP of Color Laboratory.
To ensure the high-quality Color matches and recipes are produced and submitted within agreed service lead times as to maintain the customer satisfactory levels /Approval levels at 90%.
To ensure all laboratory operators are full trained (and cross trained) to meet the requirements of their roles and can perform their tasks in accordance with all relevant SOPs and safety requirements.
Ensure Laboratory WIP is managed in view of achieving the high level of set Lead Time KPI's and balancing the lab capacity under the supervision of Head of Laboratory.
Track the daily, monthly performance in terms of all the Lab KPI's and report effectively.
Monitor, analyze and report on lab to bulk reproducibility and work with bulk dyehouse team to ensure the highest level of lab to bulk reproducibility are maintained.
Continually promote the principles of 5S housekeeping.
Manage sales team's expectations through timely and effective liaison and feedback relating to queries on Lab Dips.
