Mô tả công việc

In charge of Sales revenue, Account management & Operations:
1. SALES
- Be accountable for sell-in & sell-out targets for Light Commercial Air Conditioner (LCAC) products in the South region.
- Drive sales & monitor profit aligning with assigned targets.
- Develop & execute long-term & mid-term business strategies.
- Do sales forecast by customers, months & models.
2. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
- Work closely with customers for technical & commercial support and build strong relationships.
- Negotiate & finalize sales contracts to maximize sales revenue & align with sales targets.
3. OPERATIONS
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations of contract, billing, payment, delivery.
- Track sales activities and provide regular reports on sales performance.
- Other related tasks assigned by Head of Business, AC

Yêu cầu

1. Education background:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administrations/Economics/Commercial or related major.
2. Working experience:
- At least 5 years of working experience in Air Conditioner Product.
- Familiar with Channel sales/ Wholes sales in South Region
3. Skills:
- Good written and spoken English and/or Chinese skills.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Good at planning & sales forecast skills
- Strong data & market analysis ability
4. Others:
- Result-oriented
- Customer-Centric Mindset
- Trustworthiness, dynamism, and high responsibility.
