About The Role
As a Commercial Associate, you will collaborate with the Commercial Manager to handle store operations on Lazada, Shopee, TiktokShop, other local eCommerce marketplaces, as well as additional eCommerce channels like 'brand.com' and social platforms.
Responsibilities include optimizing product listings, overseeing pricing and promotions, updating store design and layouts, and analyzing sales data to identify growth opportunities.
You'll be responsible for various tasks that contribute to a smooth customer experience and a thriving online store.
The Commercial Associate will also play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Management:
Assist with product listing and data management on the e-commerce platform (e.g., uploading descriptions, images, specifications, banners, contents, product detail pages...).
Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information.
Participate in quality checks to ensure product listings are consistent and error-free.
Optimize product listings, manage pricing and promotions to drive sales and revenue growth.
2. Sales and Promotion Support:
Assist with creating and implementing online promotions and marketing campaigns.
Monitor competitor activity and pricing strategies.
Help with processing customer orders and ensuring timely deliveries.
Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities.
Facilitate campaign set-ups, utilize promotion tools, and maximize the usage of seller tools within platforms.
3. Customer Services:
Respond to customer inquiries about products, orders, or website issues.
Provide excellent customer service to maintain positive brand image.
Assist in managing store operations on eCommerce marketplaces, 'brand.com', and/or social channels.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting
Assist with collecting and analyzing data on website traffic, sales performance, and customer behavior.
Generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Act as a key contact point for all escalations and issues arising with platforms and operations.
Provide support to the Commercial Manager in the day-to-day operations of the team.
