JOB DESCRIPTION
Commercial Business
Main duties:
• Update weekly flash sales & weekly debt overdue from customers.
• Validate monthly sales forecast in ARITO software.
• Validate sales contract on commercial terms & financial risk if any.
• Check, calculate sales commission monthly and quarterly.
• Support to validate monthly or quarterly Selling quotation from sales team.
• Prepare DII report monthly to monitor inventory and highlight the risk if any.
• Provide selling overhead for budget management from partner.
• Analysis business segment as required.
• Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Validate business case for sales.
• Prepare SKU costing for sales bidding if any.
• Various ad hoc analysis and special projects as required.
• Perform other such duties as may be required.
Yêu cầu
Preferred Qualifications
• Education: University degree: Economic, Finance or related fields
• Computer Skill: Fluency with Excel, prefer candidate have experience in data, consulting, analytics
• English: Good communication and presentation skills (English & Vietnamese language)
• Solid experience in pricing, or related field.
• Communication skills to producing recommendations and presentation, negotiation.
• Excellent analytical skill in order to effectively process the information collected to produce reports.
• Attention to detail, planning and organizational skills.
