Norbreeze Collective Asia - NCA (a member of Norbreeze Group) is currently the exclusive distributor of the Pandora jewelry brand in Vietnam and the Indochina region. We are committed to providing exceptional products and a premium shopping experience. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a talented and experienced Commercial Director to join our team and contribute to our growth.
The successful candidate would be located in district 2 HCM and directly report to the CEO.
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Director to drive our business growth and expand market presence in the luxury retail industry. This role requires a strategic leader with expertise in marketing, and e-commerce, as well as strong communication and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping our commercial strategy, optimizing sales performance, and strengthening our brand positioning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Commercial Strategy & Business Growth
● Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive revenue growth across all channels: retail stores, e-commerce, and wholesale.
● Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market share.
● Analyze market trends and competitor activities to ensure the company remains competitive in the luxury retail sector.
2. E-commerce Performance
● Oversee sales operations to ensure excellent customer experience and sales effi ciency.
● Develop and optimize e-commerce strategies to maximize online revenue.
● Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the omnichannel experience for customers.
3. Marketing & Brand Management
● Lead the marketing team to create and execute branding, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
● Strengthen brand presence in the luxury retail market through strategic partnerships and digital marketing.
● Drive CRM initiatives to improve customer loyalty and retention.
4. Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
● Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align business objectives and optimize performance.
● Provide strategic guidance and leadership to ensure cross-functional synergy and team motivation.
● Represent the company in high-level business negotiations and presentations.

Yêu cầu
● Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury retail, marketing, sales, and e-commerce.
● Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the luxury retail market and customer behavior.
● Skills:
○ Excellent presentation and communication skills - ability to engage with stakeholders and deliver compelling business strategies.
○ Strong leadership and people management skills.
○ Proven track record in driving sales growth and business expansion.
● Languages: Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.
