Yêu cầu
You're probably right for this if:
Degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field (MBA a plus)
10+ years' senior leadership experience with P&L accountability and proven retail scale-up success
Strong expertise in supplier negotiation, category management, and compliant retail operations
Strategic thinker with analytical depth, cross-cultural fluency, and change leadership skills
Authentic, resilient, integrity-driven, and passionate about wellness and customer-centric retail
Fluent in English & Vietnamese
