Pricing Strategy & Profitability Governance:
Coordinate market-specific pricing models across Asia to balance competitive dynamics, cost structure, and RVC threshold requirements.
Monitor raw material cost fluctuations and compute RUS selling price points to fulfill regional RVC compliance standards.
Audit order RVC compliance prior to final registration and prepare competitive quotation proposals for sales operations.
Analyze pricing trends and deliver actionable data-backed recommendations to safeguard product margins.
Portfolio Management & Product Strategy:
Evaluate country-specific product portfolio gaps across Asian territories and present proposals for new product integration or local adaptation.
Track product lifecycle performance metrics to facilitate smooth phase-in and phase-out transitions.
Liaise with HQ and R&D divisions to ensure product launch readiness and specification alignment for the Asia market.
Commercial Intelligence & Market Analysis:
Conduct continuous research on regional market trends, buyer demand, and competitor pricing dynamics.
Construct and maintain category-specific market sizing and market share models across operating territories.
Generate strategic insight reports to guide sales planning and commercial decision-making.
Go-to-Market (GTM) & Cross-Functional Alignment:
Deliver product launch frameworks for Asia, encompassing commercial positioning, channel readiness, and sales enablement materials.
Formulate product training content to educate field teams on technical capabilities and commercial value propositions.
Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Production units to sync inventory availability with regional market demands.
Requirement
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in product management, commercial analysis, or pricing. Prior exposure to the automotive aftermarket, auto parts, or equivalent B2B industrial sectors is strongly preferred.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data modeling. Deep grasp of cost structures, pricing mechanics, and margin control. Familiarity with Regional Value Content rules and international trade regulations is an advantage.
Languages & Attributes: Complete fluency in English (mandatory for daily operations with regional leadership). Strong analytical mindset, curiosity, and cross-functional communication abilities.
Work Setup: Fully remote arrangement (overseeing the Asia region), with minimal business travel as required.
