Commercial Property Project Senior Legal Executive

Main responsibilities:
• Implement the plans of the Group in accordance with the plan of the company and the Group.
• To monitor the approval of dossiers at specialized state agencies so as to ensure that the dossiers are submitted for approval, supplemented in time and according to the undertakings.
• Build, maintain and develop relationships with relevant agencies to catch up with specialized information and legislation, ensuring that legal work is always carried out in accordance with the procedures and norms.
• Synthesize the implementation files related to commercial real estate in the project.
• Provide legal documents, consultancy and support partners in the implementation of real estate projects of the Group.
• Report periodically as required by the higher level.
• Directly prepare dossiers, make documents, apply for investment approval, allocate / lease land, determine financial obligations and grant land use right certificates of projects at a minimal cost. Good and consistent company policy.
Prepare professional documents related to procedures for investment approval and transfer of commercial real estate in projects.
Maintain relationships with state agencies to approve investment approval documents / transfer commercial real estate projects.
