Job Description:
We are hiring Commis Chefs / Kitchen Assistants for Indian Cuisine kitchens in Vietnam. Candidates with experience in food preparation, ingredient handling, and assisting senior chefs in restaurant or hotel kitchens are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist Head Chef and kitchen team in daily operations
Prepare ingredients, vegetables, sauces, and kitchen materials
Support preparation of Indian dishes as per kitchen standards
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
Assist in food plating and kitchen organization
Ensure proper storage and handling of food items
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
Coordinate with chefs for smooth kitchen workflow
Salary: ₹32,000 - ₹36,000 INR Per Month
Requirements
2+ years of experience in kitchen operations or food preparation preferred
Basic knowledge of Indian cuisine preparation
Ability to assist chefs in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Knowledge of ingredient preparation and kitchen hygiene
Experience in hotels, restaurants, catering, or cloud kitchens preferred
Basic English communication preferred
