Mô tả công việc

Responding to incoming seller inquiries via Facebook, Email.
Collaborating with internal teams to help resolve seller's reported issues
Identifying and assess seller's needs to achieve satisfaction
Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Creating and updating support tickets, including escalating them when needed.
Ensuring all seller tickets are addressed and resolved promptly on time.
Helping to improve existing seller experience workflows and processes.
Monitoring & managing all inbound engagement on community pages
Providing weekly reports/capture on community sentiment
Assisting community team to successfully manage seller activities online and offline
Helping other departments and teammates with other related ad hoc tasks as needed.
Assisting cross-department teams in any projects that require community touchpoint

Yêu cầu

Excellent written and oral communication skills, both in Vietnamese and English

Good communication and presentation skills
