Community Growth & Engagement:
·Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to build and nurture a passionate, engaged community on Facebook groups, Telegram, forums...
·Create engaging content (text, images, videos) that resonates with the target audience and drives community interaction.
·Oversee the content calendar, ensuring consistent posting and seeding across platforms.
·Respond to comments, questions, and concerns from community members in a timely, professional, and helpful manner.
·Cultivate a positive and inclusive online environment, fostering dialogue and interaction among community members.
·Identify and implement strategies to incentivize participation and brand loyalty within the community.
Community Management:
·Analyze community sentiment and engagement metrics to gain insights and refine strategies.
·Moderate online discussions, ensuring adherence to community guidelines and addressing any issues promptly.
·Track and report on key community performance indicators (KPIs), such as growth, engagement, and brand sentiment.
Team Leadership:
·Manage a seeding team of 3-5 members, providing clear direction, training, and ongoing support.
Stay informed about competitor activities and industry developments, providing recommendations for competitive positioning and differentiation.
Work with content and design team to plan and ability to make things happen quickly with teams
And other tasks as assigned by Line Manager

Yêu cầu công việc
At least 2 years of working experience in a fast-paced industry, preferably stock, fintech industry
Proven track record of building and engaging online communities across various platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
Strong understanding of social media best practices and content marketing strategies.
Experience creating engaging social media content (text, images, videos).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proven ability to manage and motivate a small team.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of financial industry and product development (Stock, Crypto, FX)
Proven track record of building and engaging online communities across various platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
