You are passionate about connecting with international customers (digital nomads) and are keen to work directly with our general manager? You enjoy solving new challenges every day? You will play a vital role in shaping the experience of our members, ensuring they feel welcomed, supported, and engaged in our vibrant coworking and coliving space. You will also assist our manager in various operational tasks like research, sourcing, supervising contractors etc.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the day-to-day management of our community and operations of our space, ensuring a positive experience for all members.
Facilitate and support member events to help them connect and socialize.
Be the contact person for members, manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience.
Handle administrative tasks related to community management, such as maintaining member records.
Member communication via digital channels, in-person, leading member meetings and signage.
Continuously work on improving space functionality, maintenance & vibe.
Proactively notice and address opportunities for improvement in service, space or community (with support).
Gather and analyze member feedback to continuously improve the community experience.
Handle other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager or General Manager.

Excellent English skills, both written (fluent) and spoken (very fluent).
Smart, proactive, and eager to learn.
Strong interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence
Excellent communication abilities, above-average listening skills
Highly organized with strong time management skills.
Ideally experience in community management, hospitality, sales or a related service field.
Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
