Merchandiser Staff-

- Follow up and make balance materials, samples, manage production schedules to meet order deadlines from receiving PO to shipment
- Maintain strong communication with clients to understand and managing client expectation
- Negotiate pricing and cost terms with suppliers to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive pricing for clients.
- Address and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the garment. production process, including quality concerns or delivery delays. Ensure on-time delivery of garments to clients, coordinating transportation logistics and monitoring shipping schedules
- Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, production reports, and shipment details to facilitate smooth operations and financial tracking.
- Proficiency in using industry-specific software and Microsoft Office applications for order tracking, inventory management, and reporting
