Mô tả công việc
To be in charge of all activities related to compliance, internal control and legal consultation.
1. Compliance related scope of work
• Ensure that all operational activities of the assigned BU of the Company are in compliance with local regulations and internal policies/ procedures.
• Develop guidelines/ standard procedures, build appropriate flow charts with identified key controls to ensure fully compliant operation as per company policies and local regulations.
• Preparing and facilitating Annual Compliance Programs; Performing Compliance program activities
• Communicating/ training Compliance policies and manual to all staffs;
• Contributing to compliance promotion systems and compliance culture via training and induction programs;
• Collating information from and following up with related functions, and stakeholders regarding compliance issues;
• Support/supervise and evaluate periodically or extraordinarily the compliance with the agreed procedures/policies
• Lead or participate in the investigation, prevention of illegal/ non-compliant activities for individuals and departments within the Company.
• Evaluate periodically or irregularity the compliance with the laws and the internal rules/the procedures of the departments/individuals. Promptly have opinions and report to management team when detecting violations of internal procedures, regulations, etc.
• Document and report deficiencies, monitor status of remedial actions, improvement actions for control deficiencies.
2. Internal Control
• Supporting in design of adequate internal control to meet business requirements and mitigate the Company risks.
• Develop plan conduct internal control activities to commercial activities follow agreed SOPs, internal policies/ guidelines and local law and regulation.
• Working disciplinary actions and ensuring legal compliance is enforced.
• Involve in the reviewing the implementation of the policies/procedures.
3. Others
• Monitor and update laws and regulation concerning to company's activities;
• Evaluate and provide constructive feedback on internal policies, procedures.
• Raising legal/compliant issues with management and prompt actions taken.
• Other tasks as assigned by line manager and company.

Yêu cầu
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Legal or Finance or Auditing;
• English influency
EXPERIENCE:
• At least 3 years experience in the role related to Compliance, internal audit, preferred experience in healthcare MNCs
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
• Solid and continuous study to maintain/ improve knowledge regarding latest and regulation movements;
• Good command of computer skills, using all major office applications;
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills;
• Being able to work independently under high pressure as well as within a team.
• Accuracy, cautious with sensitive/confidential information;
• Analytical & organized approach, with a good attention to details;
