Mô tả công việc
- Advise on and review internal regulations on credit-granting activities and other internal regulations to ensure compliance with the Company's rules and applicable laws.
- Update and disseminate new legal documents related to the Company's operations.
- Prepare, or coordinate with other departments to prepare, periodic/ad-hoc reports as required by the State Bank of Vietnam and applicable laws.
- Develop training programs and internal regulations on anti-money laundering.
- Provide legal advice as requested by other departments.
- Review, assess, and report compliance violations within the Company.
- Provide comments, or coordinate with other departments to provide comments, on draft legal documents affecting the Company's operations.
- Draft the Company's internal documents (meeting minutes, resolutions, directives, etc.).
- Manage the Company's licenses and legal documents.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education / Certification
- College/Bachelor's Degree in Law.
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in legal, compliance, or internal control.
- Experience at a bank, finance company, or credit institution is preferred.
- Experience reviewing/developing internal regulations and preparing compliance reports.
- Experience in anti-money laundering is an advantage.
