[DISTRICT 12] CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (HOME APPLIANCES) - 100% ENGLISH - GROSS INCOME UP TO VND 15,500,000 🌙🇺🇸
Concentrix Vietnam is expanding our international Customer Service project for a leading Home Appliances brand! We are looking for energetic English-speaking talent (B2 level or above) to join our dynamic team at Tech Valley, District 12!
1. ATTRACTIVE INCOME & BENEFITS
Average Gross Income: VND 14,500,000 - 15,500,000 / month.
Base Salary: VND 8,000,000 / month.
Voice Allowance (Applicable right from Go-Live):
High B2 English: VND 2,500,000 / month.
C1/C2 English: VND 3,500,000 / month.
Night Shift Allowance: Up to -VND 2,400,000 / month (30% of base salary based on actual night-shift hours).
Meal Allowance: VND 500,000 / month.
Monthly KPI Incentive: Up to VND 1,200,000 / month.
100% salary paid during the 2-month probation period.
Full Benefits package: Premium 24/7 Accident Insurance, mandatory social insurances (SI, HI, UI) according to Labor Law, 13th-month salary, annual health check-ups, and 14 days of paid leave/year.
2. JOB DESCRIPTION
Handle customer inquiries via calls, email, chat, and messaging channels (100% in English).
Resolve customer issues efficiently, provide accurate information, and ensure a premium, positive service experience.
Escalate urgent or complex cases to the relevant specialized teams when necessary.
Stay updated on products, processes, and customer service guidelines to deliver effective support.
3. WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION
Working Days: 5 days/week (40 hours/week). Fixed day off on Sunday + 01 additional rotating day off per week.
Project Operating Hours (Night Shift focus):
Mon - Fri: 7:30 PM - 7:30 AM
Sat: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM
(Actual shift: 9 hours/day including 7.5 working hours + 1-hour meal break + 30-minute flexible utility breaks).
Work Location: Tech Valley - Lot 46, Quang Trung Software City, Tan Chanh Hiep Ward, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City.
4. REQUIREMENTS
Language proficiency: Fluency in English - B2 level and above (Strong speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills for a 100% English working environment).
Graduated from High School or equivalent academic level.
Customer-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and ability to handle night-shift pressure.
