💻 SCOPE OF WORK
Content Review & Evaluation:
Review online videos, user-generated content, customer complaints, legal elements, and notices received from end customers regarding any incorrect decisions taken related to their copyrighted work or materials.
Platform Maintenance:
Review and update online content directly on a popular social media platform to enforce community safety guidelines.
Quality Auditing:
Audit received content files and clear them for dynamic social media upload and sharing.
💸 ATTRACTIVE INCOME & ALLOWANCES
Average Total Income:
10,000,000 - 12,000,000 VND/month

Base Salary:
7,500,000 VND/month.
Meal Allowance:
500,000 VND/month.
Night Shift Allowance:
30% of base salary
(calculated dynamically for late hours).
Monthly KPI Incentive:
Up to 1,200,000 VND/month.

⏰ WORK SCHEDULE
Working Days:
5 days/week (
any 02 days off
during the week).
Shift Assignment:
Rotational shifts 24/7 (according to the operations arrangement of the Team Leader).
Shift Duration:
9 hours/shift/month (comprising
7.5 actual working hours
and a 1.5-hour rest break).
🎯 REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Minimum
Associate's Degree
or equivalent academic level.
Language Proficiency:
Strong English communication skills
(both verbal and written fluency are required).
Soft Skills:
High level of teamwork, engagement, maturity, and analytical mindset. Strongly aware of current affairs and pop-culture events in the respective regional markets/countries.
Advantage:
Prior professional work experience in a BPO, LPO, Regulatory field, or Content Moderation for top-tier Social Media platforms is a major plus.
