1. JOB DESCRIPTION:
Support monthly content planning for Internal Communications and Employer Branding activities.
Create and execute content, visuals, and short-form videos for social and internal channels.
Support job seeding and candidate acquisition across relevant channels and communities.
Support internal communications and employee engagement activities.
Assist with communication campaigns, events, and other EB-related projects.
2. REQUIREMENTS:
Strong interest in Employer Branding or Content Creation.
Solid graphic design skills with proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Good visual sense, layout skills, and awareness of social media design trends.
Good writing skills with a creative and social-first mindset.
Photography and videography skills.
Proactive, responsible, and committed to meeting deadlines.
Comfortable working hands-on across content, visual, video, job seeding, and internal communication tasks.
Available to work part-time with flexible scheduling.
Portfolio is preferred.
