Construction Manager (Site Manager)

*JOB PURPOSE
1. Support Dept. Manager in overall management of construction work of projects.
2. Control of quality of work as specification of design.
3. Ensure construction and installation according to customer requirements and design drawings.
4. Apply new technology for design and equipment selection for saving cost.
5. On time deliver quality product.
6. Collaborate with cross-department for problem-solving.
7. Ensure HSE policy of company is applied and maintained during construction time of project.
8. Cooperate with HSE section to issue safety procedure for none standard installation works at site.
*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
#Design
• Review the design and cooperate with design team for correct action incase there are unsuitable matters related to design happened on site.
• Ensure design on time and correctly.
#Cost Management
• Find more reliable equipment / instrument with best price.
• Negotiate with suppliers and sub-contractor.
• Simplize design of mechanical and electrical for projects
• Make and check BOQ.
• Cost control
• Quality
• Delivery on time
#Procurement
• Check specification and make request.
• Check and control delivery time of equipment.
• Ensure equipment to site has correct specification and delivery on time.
#Construction
• Manage all construction include installation of new project or upgrade/ modifying work.
• Control schedule of construction.
• Inspect, urge, solve problems on the site.
• Execute and control well HSE policy & regulation of company on site.
• Supervise and organize QC work for project.
• Organize and arrange Personal, Supervisor for construction work.
• Control cost of construction work/project.
• Ensure testing and commissioning process meet customer requirements and design parameters.
• Ensure execution of construction work safety, complete on time and quality system.
#Training
• Train and instruct for technical and nontechnical knowledge.
• Training safety and QC control for supervisor on site.
• Staff development.
• Guide for developing.
• Self-study.
*Major Challenges:
• Sneaky, predictable potential risk may occur on the site.
• Flexible, adapt fast with variable condition on site during construction time of project.

• Fast reaction, deep understanding technical of installation and local safety regulation.
