Mô tả công việc
Purpose
Analyze different types of data to support organization business and risk management decision.
Main tasks
- Identify and consult BU needs, conduct comprehensive data analysis/modeling to identify trends and patterns, propose insights and strategies related to online lending loan products to drive data driven decision-making across all BU.
- Perform risk and collection related analysis in collaboration with risk and collection team to assess the creditworthiness of loan applicants, repayment probability, identify potential fraud risks, and develop strategies, data products, models, indicators to mitigate lending risks, especially support on data infra, value added, and modeling products.
- Perform business-related analysis including customer segmentation, digital behavior analysis to identify key improvement on product, digital flow, customer service flow optimization.
- Assess data solutions, conduct implementation, and manage vendor quality related to online lending to enhance risk control, customer experience, and data enrichment.
- Develop data models, generate reports and dashboards with GCP Looker to communicate data-driven findings and recommendations to BU and management team.
- Conduct market research on local market data analysis practice to propose and implement data products and projects to BU team.
- Cooperate with HQ data team on infa & technical aspects projects including data mart building, experimental innovative data projects, advanced modeling.
- Ad-hoc analysis to support BU.

Professional requirement
- A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Finance, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics).
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, specifically in the online lending or financial services sector.
- Familiar in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, Looker).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with risk assessment in the lending industry.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality.
- Ability to independently manage several projects simultaneously and operate under tight deadlines and competing priorities.
Most challenging and difficult parts
- Need to reflect swiftly toward different task through data analysis to strongly support early stage business steadiness and risk control.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, specifically in the online lending or financial services sector.
- Proficient in Vietnamese and either English or Chinese is a must.
- Data Analysis related certificate is a plus
