Senior Content Marketer
Direct-response & performance content - An Pháp Rehab, Ho Chi Minh City
Reports to: Head of Marketing / Founder, CEO Location: On-site, TP.HCM Type: Full-time The role. You own the content that makes An Pháp's ads work - the hooks, scripts, and formats that stop the scroll and turn attention into booked patients. Direct-response first: every piece is built to perform and judged by the numbers, not by taste. You build the system that keeps quality content shipping at volume, and you're just as happy going guerrilla when a trend needs catching today.
What you'll own
Write copy that converts
Craft direct-response copy - hooks, ad scripts, captions, landing copy - that is simple, clear, and built to drive action across Meta and other digital channels.
Translate clinical and rehab value into everyday language patients actually respond to.
Master formats & trends
Stay on top of what is working right now on Meta and beyond - ad templates, hooks, and formats: video, UGC, single image, multi-image, carousel.
Know each format well enough to brief and direct it, and to spot when a trend is worth jumping on fast.
Drive production & the plan
Turn ideas into clear briefs and work hand-in-hand with graphic designers and video editors to ship quality content efficiently and on tempo.
Own the content plan/calendar end-to-end - a repeatable system that keeps a healthy volume of quality content flowing - without being trapped by it when speed matters.
Let performance decide
Brief, test, read the results, iterate. No ad is "good" until performance proves it - feed winners back into the system and cut what doesn't work.
Who you are
Must-have
Senior-level direct-response copywriter - a strong but simple communicator who makes people act. Portfolio required.
Deep, current knowledge of Meta ad formats and trends - you can name what's working this month and why.
Strong design sense across ad formats - enough to brief and direct designers/editors (you don't need to design yourself).
Systematic and scrappy - you build systems and break out of them when needed; thrive in a fast-paced, high-output environment.
Data-driven with a trial-and-error mindset; comfortable being judged on performance. Native Vietnamese, professional English.
Bonus
Healthcare / wellness / clinic or sports-performance content; owned paid-social creative before; hands-on with editing/design tools; familiarity with medical-advertising compliance in Vietnam.
