Plan and execute regular content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) aligned with the brand's direction and target market.
Manage fanpages: schedule and publish posts, monitor comments/messages, and engage with followers.
Develop creative ideas, scripts, and outlines for posts, images, and short videos (reels).
Work closely with the Media team to shoot, edit, and produce videos that match each campaign's concept and objectives.
Coordinate and run communication campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Track and analyze social media performance metrics (followers, reach, engagement, CTR, etc.) to propose optimization strategies.
Research competitors, monitor trends, and creatively apply them to content strategies.
Collaborate with other departments (Design, Business, Marketing...) to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Yêu cầu
Strong English writing skills (100% of the audience is native English speakers).
At least 3 year of experience managing and operating social media channels.
Solid understanding of how Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok algorithms and audiences work.
Creative writing ability: captions, scripts, and content briefs tailored for each platform.
Analytical mindset - able to read insights and optimize based on data.
Aesthetic and creative thinking in content marketing and communication.
Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
Proficient in Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva...).
Passionate about social media, fast learner, and trend-savvy.
