Deploy Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency, minimize waste, and improve overall product quality.
Perform value stream mapping (VSM), coordinate Kaizen workshops, and conduct regular 5S evaluations to detect and eliminate inefficiencies in processes.
Design and implement continuous improvement (CI) initiatives to streamline production operations and maximize throughput.
Provide training and ongoing support to staff on Lean tools and concepts, including OEE, 5S, SMED, and other relevant techniques.
Collect and interpret production performance data to uncover performance gaps and areas for optimization.
Collaborate closely with departments such as Production, Quality, and Engineering to drive lasting improvements across operations.
Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs), regularly updating senior leadership on the status and impact of Lean strategies.
Uphold strict adherence to safety regulations, product quality standards, and operational efficiency benchmarks.
Assist in the execution of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Die) where suitable.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in roles focused on Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Possession of a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a must.
Solid understanding of improvement frameworks and tools such as VSM, 5S, Kaizen, PDCA, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Standardized Work.
Good at English & Chinese.
