VPS is seeking individuals with experience in application operations who are also interested in working in an open workspace with modern equipment. Your main responsibility will be to manage and operate the securities software system, monitor, detect, and handle software-related issues assigned according to established procedures. This is a special opportunity for you to make a difference and contribute positively to our development and success.
Responsibilities:
Organize the administration/operation of applications. Set parameters to ensure system stability and security.
Operate Production and PreProduction environments of application systems.
Implement/install upgrades for applications in Production and PreProduction environments.
Deploy backup systems for applications, ensuring minimal downtime.
Analyze application status through logs, application operation records. Report system status and propose deployment models to optimize the system, suitable for the company's development.
Create/manage user permissions on application systems.
Organize application monitoring with automated monitoring tools.
Extract data from applications as required by business departments and company procedures.
Develop procedures/policies/documentation related to application operations.
Participate in projects as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in electronics, telecommunications, Information Technology (IT).
Candidates with experience in monitoring and supporting securities and payment application operations are preferred.
General understanding of operating systems and IT solutions.
Understanding of IT service models, IT application deployment models.
