Job Description
POSTITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic intern to join our Corporation Communication team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various communication initiative and projects. This internship offers the opportunity to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced corporate environment and develop essential skills in corporate communication.
Social Media:
Assist in creating engaging & informative content for various communication channels.
Support the creation of multimedia content, including videos and animations for internal & external use.
Social media savvy

Internal Communication:
Assist in drafting and editing communication materials such as emailer, presentations, newsletter and more
Assist in designing artwork, infographic, illustrations for communication materials to effectively convey key messages
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content and ensure accurate & timely delivery of internal communication.
Provide administrative support to the Corporate Communication team as needed.
Events Coordination:
Assist in planning and organizing company events, event logistics and onsite event management
Assist in communication around event management including BEOs, timelines, calendars, reports, presentations, diagrams
Capture engaging photos and/or videos to support internal & external events
Support set up broadcasting equipment (sound and lighting)
Support livestream set, keep track of comments and engagements on livestream platform (OBS Studio)
Yêu cầu
Qualifications
Final year student with major in graphic design, visual communication, marketing, or a related field.
Can submit recommendation letter from university
No previous work experience required, although experience in content creation, social media management, and/or event coordination is a plus.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), with familiarity with video editing software being a plus.
Ability to create visually appealing and impactful designs and illustrations.
Proactive in staying updated with design and social media trends and tools.
Strong knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their application in a corporate setting.
Familiar with operating digital cameras, video equipment, and related systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
A can-do attitude, with a strong desire for learning and development.
Ability to work in multicultural teams.
Creative, proactive, and independent.
Understanding of broadcasting and live video delivery systems.
