Mô tả công việc
- Prepare and implement corporate communications plans (including digital) to contribute to the company's strategy including building glocal image and promoting CSV & sustainability among concerned stakeholders including young people (Millennials & GenZ).
- Design and produce communication products tailored to the employee needs and company goals to contribute to employer branding through different internal comms & social media channels.
- Co-ordinate different communication channels (e-news / magazines) to ensure consistency of messages.
- Deliver a high-impact, successful corporate website and ensure that it is the fact source of information about Nestlé.
- Work with the communications team to develop campaigns on digital media channels to support effective external/internal communications campaigns.
- Support the development of Nestlé Vietnam's owned digital media channels and support to manage issues online.
- Contribute to develop and maintain content structure of the Nestle Vietnam Intranet.
- Coordinate with concerned Departments to update and organize the main page of Nestlé Vietnam Intranet.
- Provide assistance to site master's to develop and maintain intranet sites.
- Other assignments are requested by the direct supervisor & company.
- Provide advice to other dept on corp. visual identity & internal comms activities to ensure conformity across the company and to help promote employee engagement/advocacy.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field;
- At least 2 years of experience in a communications role with exposure to digital and internal communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Proven experience working across various business functions; a background in communications agencies or journalism is desirable.
- Solid understanding of corporate communications, including strategic planning and execution.
- Familiar with managing corporate websites, SEO practices, online communication strategies, and leveraging social media as tools for corporate PR and communications.
- Project management and stakeholders' management experience is an advantage.
