1. Owned Media Communications - to support the direct supervisor(s) and contribute in manage & improve communications performance on the Owned media communications of AEON Vietnam's Employer Brand: 60%-
1.1 Planning and Managing the page performance of the 4 owned media channels as below.

1.2 Contributing in creating the content for the branding materials:
Read: Corporate Profile, Employer Brochure, ...
Watch: Corporate Video, Employer TVC, ...

Event materials: POSM, Gift, Presentation, etc.
2. Talent Relation - to support the direct supervisor(s) in planning and implementing the talent engagement activities for enhancing the presence and creating the good impression of the targeted talents (future - current - past) toward the company's employer brand: 20%
Internal: the employee engagement initiatives
External employer branding activities targeting to the potential talents:
Seminar/ Workshop/ Career Fair/ etc.

Market research & talent insight survey
3. Employee Communications - to support the direct supervisor(s) in planning and implementing the internal communications initiatives to the employees: 10%
- Contribute in planning and implementing the Internal Communications initiatives to enhance employees' engagement and satisfaction under the direct supervisor(s) instruction
- Propose to direct supervisor(s) ideas/initiative to strengthen and increase the efficiency of Internal Communications by developing and managing the Internal Communications touch-points such as: Print Newsletter, E-Newsletter, Digital & Social Media platforms; etc
- Develop and write-up, edit content for Internal Communications materials such as: Regular/ Ad-hoc message from the Executive Leadership under the direct supervisor(s) instruction
4. Employer branding Communications - to support the direct supervisor(s) and contribute in planning and implementing the employer branding communications campaigns for the public: 10%
- Branding Communications: for promoting AEON Vietnam Employee Value Proposition (EVP), thus enhancing AEON Vietnam's Brand Perception as an Employer of Choice
- Recruitment Communications: to support HR - Talent Acquisition in developing & implementing communication campaigns to support the talent recruiting plan and drive candidate attraction through media-mix.

AEON hiện là một trong những tập đoàn thương mại bán lẻ lớn nhất trên thế giới với 179 liên doanh trong và ngoài nước Nhật Bản. Được thành lập từ năm 1758, với lịch sử trải dài trên 250 năm, Tập đoàn AEON là một trong những nhà bán lẻ lâu đời nhất tại Nhật Bản.
Trong suốt quá trình hoạt động của mình, Tập đoàn AEON duy trì một cam kết không hề thay đổi đó là luôn đặt ra tiêu chí "Khách hàng là trên hết". Nguyên tắc cơ bản của Tập đoàn AEON chính là hướng tới một xã hội thịnh vượng, ổn định và hòa bình thông qua hoạt động bán lẻ. Với trách nhiệm đó, Tập đoàn AEON đã có được lòng tin của khách hàng cũng như mở rộng hoạt động kinh doanh không chỉ tại Nhật Bản mà còn tại các quốc gia khác trong khu vực Châu Á trong một khoảng thời gian dài.
AEON chính thức bắt đầu hoạt động tại Việt Nam từ năm 2009 dưới hình thức Văn phòng Đại diện (01/12/2009 - 10/07/2012). Ngày 07/10/2011: Được sự chấp thuận từ UBND Tp.Hồ Chí Minh, Công ty TNHH AEON Việt Nam chính thức được thành lập, đầu tư cho các hoạt động về xây dựng, tổ chức, quản lý và kinh doanh các mô hình Trung tâm thương mại, Trung tâm bách hóa tổng hợp và Siêu thị hiện đại. Đây được xem là phương hướng kinh doanh chủ đạo. Ngoài ra AEON còn thực hiện các hoạt động kinh doanh khác liên quan đến xuất nhập khẩu, thương mại và nghiên cứu.
Đi cùng việc thành lập công ty, AEON còn chính thức được trao Giấy phép đầu tư cho 02 dự án lớn:
- Giấy chứng nhận ngày 07/10/2011 cho Trung tâm mua sắm AEON - Tân Phú Celadon tại Tp.Hồ Chí Minh, dự kiến khai trương vào tháng 01/2014.
- Giấy chứng nhận đầu tư ngày 25/05/2012 cho Trung tâm mua sắm AEON - Binh Dương Canary tại Tình Bình Dương, dự kiến khai trương tháng 10/2014.
