Propose ideas, plan, and implement employee engagement programs. Organize, coordinate, and manage internal events.
Support to curate engaging content for platforms such as email newsletters, internal website, and other internal media.
Actively interact with employees to collect feedback and suggest creative solutions to enhance connection and create a fun working environment.
Research and analyze industry trends and best practices in Employee Engagement to contribute to continuous improvement.
Perform administrative tasks to support the Engagement Team when needed.
Support content creation for the company website and social media (culture, activities, employer branding).
Assist in basic marketing tasks such as simple campaign support or post scheduling when needed.
Yêu cầu
3rd or 4th year student in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, or related fields. Creative content writing and strong communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or video editing tools is a plus.
Proactive, creative, and passionate about organizing events and community activities.
Strong teamwork and time management skills.
