Mô tả công việc
*** Daily Operation of Department (Functional Work):
1.Culture change initiatives:
o Conduct the need assessment
o Identify and design culture change initiatives
o Implement the culture change initiatives
2.Operation of internal communication channels:
o Review communication materials
o Operate the communication tools and centralized communication hubs
o Regularly update and share information
3.Employee recognition and reward programs:
o Develop and implement the recognition and reward program
o Communicate the program to broad audience of the company
4.Integration culture into talent acquisition, onboarding and performance management processes
o Support the team to address the arising issue during the implementation of integrate culture into talent acquisition, on boarding and performance management
5.Stakeholder management: Identify and engage Corporate culture development' stakeholders:
o Establish effective communication channels with stakeholders for culture activities
o Manage stakeholder expectation through out culture activities
o Ensure that stakeholders are involved, informed and satisfied with culture activities progress and outcome.
***Procurement:
o Comply with procurement policy and procedure
o Develop procurement plan within a business period
o Implement the procurement plan
*** Reporting:
o Provide input to support senior colleague to prepare reports
*** Budgeting:
o Develop budget plan for budget period
o Implement budget plan
o Tracking expenses
*** Policy and procedure
o Support to identify areas where procedures or policy need to be established
o Alignment with organizational objectives
o Contribute to develop, test and maintain the procedure and guidelines for corporate culture procedure and policy
o Role modelling and accountability by adhering to procedures and policies and demonstrating the expected behaviors
*** Building capability of teams
o Support Leader and Senior Officer to provide guidance and coaching to the junior team members
*** Leadership & Direction
o Support leader to manage and lead change within project environment
*** Strategy
o Involve in the define culture attributes and establish measurable goals for culture transformation
o Promoting Organization's value and cultural norm both internally and externally
o Stay update to industry trends and best practices in corporate culture
*** Project Management
o Plan project activities
o Collaborate with team members to develop comprehensive project plan
o Monitor projects against the established plan and performance metric
o Propose solution to senior leaders and colleagues for consideration to support decision making
o Update project progress
o Project evaluation and lesson learnt to assess project success and identify areas for improvement
*** Other tasks assigned by Managers and other superiors

Yêu cầu
*** Educational Level:
o University graduated or above
o A Bachelor degree or equivalent in Human Resources,
*** Specialty/Qualification:
o Organizational Development, Marketing. PR, media or a related field
*** Work Experience:
o 4-8 years experience in Social activities/Media/Trade Union/HR/Marketing/PR
o Experience in petrochemical production industry is preferable
*** Leadership/management experience: At least 5 years management experience in non-life Insurance
*** Skills :
o Strong Capabilities of Lead Self, Engage others.
o Advanced English communication skills
o Strong Interpersonal skills.
o Strong Presentation skills
o Technical report writing skills
o Proficient with Microsoft Office
o University graduated or above
