Mô tả công việc
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform market research and analysis related to macroeconomics, real estate, corporate valuation, shareholder value enhancement.
• Perform strategic modelling including capital structuring, equity/debt capital management, scenario & sensitivity analysis.
• Develop complex financial models related to the above areas.
• Prepare financial analysis and corporate presentations.
• Other tasks on-demand tasks.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor, preferably Master's degree in Finance, Economics.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate finance, securities research, investment banking, consulting, corporate strategy. Familiarity with real estate and capital market.
• Excellent English writing and speaking communication skills
• Strong analytical, financial modelling and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks
• Highly self-motivated and willing to work long hours
