Việc làm Finance Manager

Mô tả công việc

• Recognize commercial opportunities in potential clients before they come to you.
• Lead the daily execution of Investment Banking projects in the areas of Initial Public Offering, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, corporate restructuring, debt arrangement and/or other Investment Banking services.
• Support Board of Management in assessing and designing the deal structure and strategies.
• Act as coordinator between clients, investment banking deal team and other internal supporting teams.
• Support Board of Management in maintaining client relationships.
• Coach junior team members and take responsibilities for their job quality.
• Perform other relevant tasks, as required by Head of Corporate Finance.

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor's degree with a high level of academic performance required.
• At least 5 years of experience in finance and investment in a financial analyst, transaction advisory, or with a strong track record in a similar role required.
• Prior experience in investment banking, or corporate banking, preferred.
• Strong attention to detail is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
