Corporate Finance Officer

Accounting:
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
- Maintain and reconcile bank statements, accounts, and balances.
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
Invoicing and Billing:
- Oversee the invoicing and billing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Be in charge of receiving, scanning & filling of invoices.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve invoicing issues and discrepancies.
- Maintain billing records and ensure compliance with billing policies.
Financial Analysis:
- Conduct financial analysis related to accounting and invoicing activities.
- Monitor and analyze key financial metrics, such as accounts receivable aging, cash flow, and revenue recognition.
- Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management based on financial analysis.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
- Prepare and submit required financial reports, tax filings, and other regulatory filings.
- Assist in audits and coordinate with external auditors.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and ensure adherence.
