Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for the costing activities across the production site, including estimate cost of new or special products for establishing selling prices and production forecasts.
- Responsible for routine compilation of parts manufacturing costs for payroll, inventory accountability, distribution of factory labor, verification of actual costs and computation of variances.
- Responsible for production cost calculation unification among the production site including separation of variable/fixed cost which can be utilized for sensitivity analysis. Classifies production costs into wages, material and overhead.
- Responsible for production cost related budget process review and simplification
- Drive process automation and simplification of actual and budget process
- Responsible for master management related to costing
- Responsible for reports related to cost and cost showcase among the production site. Ensure timely submission, accuracy and validity of inventory, gross margin schedules to management
- Coach the production site team and provide guidance
- Track, analyze and benchmark factory manufacturing and development overhead costs
- Document and manage inputs to product costing, such as raw material prices, material waste impacts, construction/labor costs, and tooling cost and amortisation
- Partner with product management, material, and development teams through product development cycle and line reviews, to achieve margin goals
- Collaborate with Sale & Operation teams on product volume forecasts, identify potential bottlenecks and actively search for volume discount opportunities
- Prepare, analyze and report weekly, monthly, quarterly gross margin analysis by brand by customer type
- Maintain internal control documentation and test internal controls
- Prepare detailed account analysis and reconcile sales, cost and inventory, liability accounts by customer type by division
- Review and analyze inventory and margin reports, conduct research and perform analytical studies in regards to cost analyses and profitability

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Chartered Accountant designation, or equivalent
• 5+ years of progressive work experience in a multinational manufacturing environment
• 5+ year experience with costing (actual and standard costing) in a manufacturing organization
• Experience working with local, and regional teams
• Ability to manage conflict and multi- task across high pressure situations
• Detail orientated - ability to focus on small details whilst seeing the big picture
• An attitude that seeks perfection in oneself and others, with a mind- set for best practices
• A proactive team player that is continually pushing themselves and others
• Integrity, transparency, honesty, and patience as core attributes are a must
• Fluency in English language required, with proven business writing and communication ability
