Our company is growing rapidly, and we are now looking for your experience to join the team of Supply Chain Management Special Orders in our Thao Dien office, in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Data & Systems
• Review and confirm purchase prices on stock order Proforma Invoices provided by the Vendor
• Ensure open shipping orders in the system always reflect the approved purchase prices
• Validate escalated vendor invoices vs approved purchase prices and ensure any discrepancies are resolved.
Purchase Price (RFQ) Management
• Ensure all phases of purchase prices are requested, received, and approved as per the development timeline for each product from CAD drawing up until final sample.
• Create and maintain Purchase & Sales Price cost books across all fabrics / leathers and ensure prices are aligned with Vendors.
• Manage purchase price updates across the full product assortment (running construction changes, fabric price changes, other material price changes)
Costing Analytics
• Develop costing models to calculate directional purchase costs based on product BOMs, material cost drivers, historical cost data and benchmarking against comparable styles.
• Partner with Vendors, PD and Engineering on price optimization where required to meet target margin.
• Analyze purchase prices vs estimated Customer Retail prices and use this to recommend appropriate sale prices based on target margins.

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 5 years working experience in a highly analytical function with a strong preference for manufacturing / costing backgrounds in furniture. Strong costing backgrounds from other lifestyle or sporting product industries are also encouraged to apply.
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD: read, measure & draw.
• Solid understanding of building Bill of Materials (BOM) and calculating associated costs.
• Ideally with a strong understanding of furniture manufacturing processes and labor costs.
• Perform price comparisons of materials and components.
• Identify ways to reduce costs or improve efficiency.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or similar areas with strong analytical background.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables; PowerPivot; VBA preferred)
• Strong analytical ability, meticulous attention to detail, a love for process and highly data-driven.
• Naturally curious problem solver with strong communication skills and ability to align and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written) in English and Vietnamese. Mandarin Chinese is an advantage.
• Ability to maintain a high level of integrity, remain flexible, be results-oriented, and work productively within a matrixed organization.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize own workload in a fast-paced environment.
