The W-Future Leader 2026 - Backoffice Trainee Program is designed to identify and develop future leaders in key strategic functions at Wilmar CLV. For the 2026 intake, the program focuses on Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM).
Over a 24-month journey, participants will experience structured training, job rotations, and direct involvement in real business projects. You will work alongside experienced professionals, gain deep insights into FMCG operations, and strengthen both strategic thinking and leadership capabilities in a dynamic, regional environment.
More than just a training program, W-Future Leader is a launchpad to unlock your potential, make your mark, and accelerate your career toward impactful roles at Wilmar CLV.

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Auditing, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and a strong drive to build a career in Finance or Supply Chain.
• High learning agility, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
• Good command of English, with solid MS Office and teamwork skills.
• Up to 3 years of experience; prior exposure to FMCG or relevant industries is highly preferred.
