Mô tả công việc

Responsible in ensuring that daily drop and count are performed in accordance with the schedule submitted to the government.
Responsible in ensuring daily soft count reports are accurate and timely.
Must be aware of all governmental regulations that are appropriate and comply with them.
Ensure safeguard of casino assets during drop and counting process.
Oversee the confidentiality of all information inside Count Room and working closely with other internal departments to ensure efficient and effective operations at all times.
Meet the attendance guidelines of the department and adhere to departmental and company policies.
Perform duties as assigned, always presenting oneself as a credit to Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc and encourage others to do the same.
Perform all duties in accordance with Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc's policies and within the realm of the Company's value.

Yêu cầu

College Degree or higher
Minimum 2 years work experience in Soft Count supervisory role in a medium to large-scale casino.
Good command of both written and spoken English.
Chinese or Korean communication skills are preferred.
Excellent PC skill especially with using Microsoft Word and Excel applications.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts. Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance.
Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
Must be able to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of Asian gaming operations would be well regarded. Possess good leadership skill and a good temperament in handling work related problems and issues.
Must maintain good relationship with team members at all times. Whilst in the casino complex, always maintain a well-groomed appearance.
