Country Manager

Lead the overall business operations of Art Color, the exclusive distributor of Technogym in Vietnam, by driving sustainable growth, maximizing profitability, strengthening the premium brand, and ensuring operational excellence in alignment with regional business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the country business strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and market growth targets.
• Lead commercial performance across all business channels while expanding strategic customer and partner relationships.
• Oversee end-to-end business operations, ensuring operational efficiency, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Manage showroom operations to deliver a world-class customer experience and uphold Technogym's brand standards.
• Oversee technical service and after-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Own the country's P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing organization, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focus.
• Serve as the primary liaison with Technogym Regional Headquarters, manufacturers, suppliers, and strategic partners, ensuring compliance with corporate governance and global standards.
