* Position Overview
- The Creative Director at Media MICE is a key leadership role responsible for shaping the creative direction of both in-house and client projects. This position will oversee branding, multimedia production, digital content, and marketing campaigns, ensuring that all creative output aligns with industry standards and client objectives. The Creative Director will also play a crucial role in expanding Media MICE's services and brand reach while managing and mentoring the creative team.
* Key Objectives
- Lead and oversee creative direction across branding, video production, animation, event materials, and
digital marketing assets.
- Collaborate with the executive leadership team to develop and implement creative strategies for Media MICE and client projects.
- Direct and manage creative execution on a range of marketing and advertising campaigns tailored for the ophthalmology and optometry industries.
- Streamline creative processes by taking on key responsibilities from the executive leadership team and fostering a strong creative team.
- Expand Media MICE's creative capabilities, integrating innovative technologies and industry best practices.
* Key Responsibilities
- Creative Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and maintain the visual identity and creative direction for Media MICE and its clients.
- Work with the executive leadership team to establish long-term creative strategies and brand development plans.
- Oversee creative projects from concept to execution, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality production.
- Stay up to date with creative trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices in medical marketing and advertising.
* Project Execution & Content Creation
- Direct and produce creative content, including 2D animation, graphics, storyboards, marketing collateral, and multimedia materials.
- Oversee branding and marketing materials for medical clients, ensuring alignment with industry regulations and client messaging.
- Guide the development of social media and website assets to ensure cohesive and engaging digital presence.
- Manage the production of conference and event materials, including expo designs, video presentations, and promotional assets.
- Work closely with the internal team and external freelancers consisting of designers, and
content creators to execute high-quality creative work.
* Team Management & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor the creative team, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Work alongside the sales team, editorial team and project management team to translate client needs into effective creative solutions.
- Collaborate with external creative talent, sourcing and managing freelancers when necessary.
- Conduct regular creative strategy meetings with the internal team and clients to assess project goals and needs.
