1. Job purpose: Credit Analyst shall prudently support the Portfolio Manager in evaluating, and monitoring corporate fixed income exposures, as well as macroeconomic developments
2. Main duty
• Performing credit research on new names and review existing names within the credit universe, covering key fundamental factors (macroeconomics, policy, industry, and company risk profile).
• Assess internal credit ratings and provide investment recommendations, proactively updating views based on internal and external developments.
• Perform quarterly macroeconomic research and maintain internal databases.
• Support Portfolio Managers with portfolio monitoring and trading.
• Supporting other
business development initiatives as requested.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
3. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in fixed income, banking, or asset management.
• Experience in fixed income investment and fund operation is a plus.
4. Skills & Competencies
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Solid understanding of fixed income concepts
• Proficiency in Excel and financial tools (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv, AI data analytic)
• Good communication and report-writing skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Qualifications in investment or risk management (CFA, ACCA, FRM) is a plus
